I am a Psychotherapist who received my master’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. While I have a passion for relationship coaching and marriage counseling, as a trained psychotherapist I also have extensive experience treating common issues of depression, anxiety, addiction, stress and the ever-popular quest for personal growth. I currently write a column for The Healthy Planet magazine with articles pertaining to the many nuances and complexities of relationship dynamics, present workshops on a variety of topics, am a paid lecturer and have hosted several radio shows.
